Night Auditor

Duties:

Knowledge of front desk, Fosse and hotel services
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Proven experience experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or catering setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively work with a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with coffee service is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficient in computer systems a plus.

Note: Night Auditor experience is highly desirable.

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed
