Spring Health is looking for an Accounting Manager to join our accounting team to manage and oversee the daily operations of the GL department while improving month end close processes. Reporting to the Director of Financial Operations, this role will be an integral member of our accounting team and help us achieve our goals as we continue to experience rapid growth.What youll be doing:Play a key role in our month end close process, implementing best practices and improvementsOversee the execution of proper accounting methods, policies and principlesLead and drive monthly balance sheet reconciliation reviewsSupport in the our annual audit processOwn internally developed software processes to ensure accurate project tracking and coordination with our engineering teamOversight over Cost of Sales and monthly reporting to leadershipLead and manage all aspects of payroll and accruals processesOversee and ensure continuous professional development of direct reportsSupport Accounting leadership in cross functional projects and the enforcement policies and procedures that impact financial statement closeWhat we expect from you:5 years of experience in accounting, including experience in a management roleExperience with Accounting Software, NetSuite a plusStrong, comprehensive understanding of US GAAPStrong problem-solving capabilitiesAn excellent verbal and written communication skillsAn expert in multi-tasking when it comes to managing several high-priority projects simultaneously and time management skillsDetail oriented and analytical, producing high-quality work while meeting tight deadlinesCPA license a plusThe target salary range for this position is $101,600 - $127,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
