We are looking for qualified individuals who understand our vision and mission and are committed to a holistic view of education in a high-risk community. We place a high focus on meeting the needs of at-risk and trauma-impacted families and encourage a collaborative approach to teaching and support.For a Lead Teacher: 2-5 years experienced required. AA in Early Childhood Education or a related field required; BA preferred. Strong commitment to differentiated instruction, whole child development, child-focused learning, standards-based reporting, ongoing formative assessment, professional growth, and understanding of at-risk communities, and a school family model of education highly desired. Familiarity with Conscious Discipline and/or Keystone Stars are a plus.QualificationsFor a Lead Teacher: 2-5 years experienced required.
