Our teams collaborate and build relationships with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community. Education & Work Experience Requirements:18 years or older.High School Diploma and 2 years previous lead teaching experience in a licensed childcare facility. Preferred associate degree in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or a related human services field.Knowledge of state education and licensing standards.Broad knowledge of instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and methods to ensure a safe and orderly climate.
