Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (GPN/LPN):

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or GPN permit
• Active Multi State Compact License (for out of state nurses or nurses relocating)
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
• Must be able to work every other weekend

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Prepare and administrator medications as ordered by the physician
• Make daily rounds of your unit/shift
• Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel
• Receive/provide the nursing report upon reporting in and ending shift
