- Work closely with teacher’s using district data to guide instructions to meet identified campus/student needs.
- Prepare reports to assist the campus and district in evaluating the effectiveness of support to campuses.
- Plan and facilitate professional learning based on the SBISD and campus needs.
- Build campus need capacity through on-site professional learning based on data analysis.
- Mentor teachers.
- Attend district meeting and professional learning.
- Continues to grow professionally.

Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to focus on providing teachers with the pedagogical support to effectively leverage technology for science in the classroom. This position requires a student-centered learning philosophy, creative problem-solving abilities, interpersonal and communication skills, and eagerness to take a leadership role.
