Job Title: General Manager

Position Type: Full-Time

Your Typical Day: As our General Manager, your day will be anything but ordinary. You'll find yourself:

• Visiting work sites
• Directing and coordinating production schedules
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Managing our skilled installers
• Soliciting new business opportunities
• Monitoring overall sales and marketing initiatives
• Keeping an eye on chemical and material inventory
• Leading and mentoring our fantastic team

Key Responsibilities: Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will include:

• Developing and executing an operations strategy in line with our company's goals
• Formulating plans to attract new clients and cultivate partnerships
• Implementing a performance management system to track progress and motivate staff
• Enforcing company policies, including safety and customer service
• Overseeing various aspects of our operations, including finances, scheduling, quality assurance, and more
• Collaborating with our home office to build a stellar team
• Working closely with executive leadership to set sales quotas, strategies, and budgets
• Keeping tabs on financial projections and milestones
• Applying spray foam insulation and/or preparing structures for insulation
• Being our company's trusted representative in the market

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need:

• At least 6 years of progressive management experience in construction, trades, or related industries
• A preference for being bilingual in English and Spanish
• Exceptional leadership skills, confidence, and executive presence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A high level of integrity, dependability, and urgency
• A valid driver's license
• Willingness and ability to pass a pulmonary fit test
