Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in the pest control industry to help expand our footprint in the Fresno, CA area. This individual must have experience generating and driving new sales, cultivating a strong sense of community and culture, and leading a team of professionals in the pest control industry. High standards for service quality and value are essential in developing long-term professional relationships with current and potential clients. The Branch Manager will train others to consistently and passionately deliver uncompromising service to our customers.

If you have a high level of commitment to providing quality customer service, and the ability to attain sales goals and increase branch revenue by generating sales, lead a team of experienced and dedicated professional in pest control then this opportunity is for you. It will require making necessary changes to achieve budget goals, daily monitoring of sales performance, and strategic planning to ensure compliance in the field. The Branch Manager will be responsible for training new and existing employees, providing feedback and performance evaluations, and conducting disciplinary measures. Overall this person will be directly responsible for driving profit, leading a team, and sustaining growth and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

• Manage the operation and administration of the branch which means delegating tasks and occasionally covering pest control routes.
• Establish relationships with customers, increase sales, and resolve any customer complaints.
• Supervise and mentor branch employees and oversee hiring, discipline, training, promotions, and scheduling.
• Monitor branch financial performance, set business objectives, and implement sales strategies to meet those targets.
• Oversee and inspect work done by employees to ensure it meets company standards.

Requirements

Must haves for this job:

• 2 years’ experience in managing people and business operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail and high standards of work quality
• Hunger for knowledge and professional development
• Competitive approach to both individual and team performance

Nice to haves for this job:

• 3 years' experience in pest management
• 1 years’ experience in customer service, retail, food service, or hospitality
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business management or related fields
• Pest control, industrial, or safety certifications
