Job Summary:
Spot Coffee Niagara Falls is seeking a talented and experienced Part Time Cook to join our team at our Niagara Falls, NY location. As a key member of our Restaurant team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our menu and specifications. You will work as part of our kitchen staff to guarantee the highest quality of food and customer satisfaction. This is an individual contributor role that requires attention to detail, excellent culinary skills, and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
Compensation & Benefits:
As a Part Time Cook at Spot Coffee Niagara Falls, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of $16 to $20, paid weekly. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared and plated according to Spot Coffee’s presentation standards
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service
• Follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a cook or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
