Job description

COMPANY: SportingSmiles is the leader in online dental products with a dental lab located in Brookfield, WI. Since 2009, SportingSmiles has been the industry leader in crafting retainers, night guards, whitening trays, and mouthguards for over one million people worldwide. Growing at a rapid pace SportingSmiles is again looking to hire a full-time customer service representative in our office building.

Job Position: - Customer Service Representative

Work in a laid-back, friendly, office setting. SportingSmiles is seeking to fill an open position in our office building, full-time. This position is set for 8-hour shifts from 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday through Friday with no mandatory weekends. This position will have paid holidays and full-time benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities: Work-related tasks include preparing, locating, filing, and shipping orders. The role includes checking impressions, emailing customers, filling customer information on inventory sheets in Excel, and helping customers through the phone or website chat while assisting the office manager with daily tasks. SportingSmiles is an online dental lab, so customers will never be at our office.
