SPORT COURT OF THE ROCKIES JOB DESCRIPTION OFFICE COORDINATOR

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Reporting to the Owners (family) of the Company and working all backoffice staff, the Office coordinator will have an important role in helping the Owners ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and an organized backoffice environment . Candidates should have administrative experience, and the interest in working in a sports environment.

- Office Coordinator will work with the Owners to oversee day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow within the backoffice.
- Office Coordinator will manage front desk activities, including answering phone calls, welcoming guests and customers, working with sales teams in managemetn of leads and customers.

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Maintain office organization, help manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Assist with onboarding and training staff, ordering supplies and ensuring a smooth and organized work environment.
- Plan and coordinate office events, such as team-building activities or employee recognition programs, birthdays and holiday events.

- All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be able to speak and understand English, bilingual a plus

- Must have reliable transportation and valid U.S. driver's license

- Experience in construction, site preparation, flooring, landscaping preferred

- Experience in sports industry or flooring industry a plus.

- Ability to problem solve and learn new tasks on the job, and willing to be hands on in helping lead and willing to own the backoffice organization and processes.

- Demonstrate attention to detail

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

- Able to do repetitive movements, bend, lift, in one shift with little break in between

- Able to work in all types of weather

- Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
