The Pinballz Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both bars inside Lake Creek, making sure they run smoothly and effectively. Their duties include developing, motivating, supervising, and training all bar staff. The Bar Manager will be professional and customer service orientated. The Bar Manager will be responsible for meeting company goals and improving customer satisfaction.

General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth of our building by managing the bar staff.
• Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory, and reordering supplies.
• Provides support to team members during peak periods and scheduling conflicts.
• Provide premium customer service by ensuring customer needs are met.
• Ensure financial objectives are consistently and correctly managed. Managing the bar budget.
• Motivating the team to provide excellent customer service by training and mentoring staff.
• Foster a collaborative and open environment across all staff.
• Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Preparing bar schedules.
• Administration of time and attendance processes and procedures.

Role Requirements:

• 2-4 years in managing a high output bar, experience in managing a whiskey bar is a plus.
• Must have inventory and ordering experience.
• Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, direct, and train others in a business setting.
• Communication skills, they communicate well in person, on the phone, or by email with clients and employees.
• Must adhere to Pinballz dress code guidelines.
• Must have / or willing to obtain a valid TABC and FHL Manager certificate
