A Busser and Barback have interchangeable responsibilities throughout each shift.
Duties include:
• Cleanliness of the restaurant, setting and clearing tables to provide a clean and tidy environment.
• Removing used plates, glasseware, cutlery, and napkins from tables after diners are done eating.
• Sweeping and mopping up water spills, food stains, and dirt throughout the restaurant.
• Check and maintain the cleanliness of Guest tables.
• Check and maintain cleanliness of Busser Station.
• Bring all dishware to the dish area for cleaning.
• Perform opening and closing side duties.
• Keep Bar stocked and assist Bartenders with any needs.
• Change Kegs when necessary.
• Wipe off Bar top and help keep bar area clean and organized.
• Stock all bat glassware as needed.
