Overview

As an IT Manager at Split you will be a hands-on leader who will be responsible for Split’s internal Information Technology solutions. In this role, you’ll report to Split’s Sr. Director of IT and Information Security, with visibility and accountability to our executive leadership. Constant collaboration with each department is crucial to maintain visibility into their day to day challenges and how you can help improve their velocity due to growing demands. Work closely with the Operations team to ensure our teammates can do their job without friction and access to the best tools to do their job is top priority. This role is a hybrid position based out of our Redwood City office.

• Responsibilities

  • Manage IT Audits & Compliance (Hardware, Software Updates, Password Policies, Device Security)
  • Manage & Maintain SaaS Apps including implementing and maintaining a SSO provider (Provisioning, Upgrades, Security, License Procurement/Contract Management & License Utilization Management)
  • Support for internal employees (Support Desk Tickets, Office A/V, Internet Connectivity, Office Physical Security)
  • Asset Management (Hardware Procurement, Provisioning, Deployment including shipping)
  • Manage Onboarding/Offboarding Employees
  • Manage & Maintain Corporate Devices (Phones, Tablets, MiFi’s, Printers, Access Control & Surveillance, Conference Room A/V, VoIP Phones)
  • Manage & Maintain Local Wired & Wireless Networks
  • Manage future office build outs with regards to IT & Physical Security
  • Implement & Maintain automation between HRIS and IT systems to ensure seamless lifecycle management of an employee or contractor
  • Define OKRs (objectives and key results) for the entire IT organization, regularly tracking progress
  • Provide after-hours support as needed
  • Support employees in-person at our offices (rotational schedule to ensure coverage)

• Requirements

  • 5 years experience required
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar field preferred
  • People & Project management skills
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience implementing new technologies (hardware/software) and securing company data
  • Experience with SAML enabled applications via a SSO
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the year
  • Start-up experience a plus
