Job Description: As part of our team, you will:

• Arrive punctually as per the work schedule and maintain a clean and appropriate uniform.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness during all shifts.
• Collaborate with a positive attitude, energy, and a sense of urgency.
• Follow recipes and guidelines for food preparation, cooking, and seasoning.
• Operate kitchen equipment under supervision.
• Demonstrate creativity in plating food.
• Uphold a high level of food preparation to exceed customer expectations.
• Adhere to company safety and risk management policies.
• Keep your workspace clean and assist with kitchen tasks.
• Create food prep lists and manage inventory.
• Take on leadership responsibilities.

Experience: Previous fine dining experience is preferred, although any multitasking, fast-paced, high-functioning job skills will be considered. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. College education is an advantage.

Compensation: The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour, with the potential for an increase to $20.00 per hour after a probationary period for the right candidate.

Please note that this role involves weekend and weekday evening shifts.
