Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities: Location -Tulsa

• Plans, organizes, and conducts audits, surveys, and inspections.
• Monitors and reports on supplier quality-related activities to verifyQuality System, product and contract, or purchase order compliance.
• Prepares, maintains, and reviews procurement quality procedures toensure compliance with customer and government requirements.
• Representsthe company with suppliers.
• Conducts training programs and coordinatescompany initiatives to develop and improve supplier performance andproductivity
• Provides technical expertise to company employees,suppliers, customers, and regulatory education and coaching on theQuality System.
• Ensures that suppliers manufacturing and Quality System,special processes, and products meet purchase contract requirements andapplicable regulatory agency and government regulations.
• Ensures thatsuppliers document and maintain an approved Quality System to meet theappropriate company or customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline with a minimum of 3  years in quality assurance experience.
• Demonstrated experience in performing Supplier Quality Assurance in the aerospace industry or other comparable, highly regulated industries.
• Experience reviewing requirements which include drawings, technical standards and specifications and then auditing suppliers to ensure compliance is met, to document gaps in a clear and concise manner and to review proposed corrective actions.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Quality Assurance processes, plans and procedures.
• 3 Years of experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP (Intermediate level)
• Experience performing Quality Material Review Board (MRB) preferable, but not a requirement. 
• Experience conducting quality investigations, Root Cause Analysis and implementation and verification of Corrective Actions RCCA.
