Location: Wichita, KS (Onsite)
Responsibilities
- Represent the company, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage processes independently, requiring no direct oversight of staff and minimal supervision
- Collaborate across departments to meet customer product needs promptly.
- Coordinate internally with various departments to fulfill responsibilities effectively.
- Multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Implement escalation strategies to resolve issues promptly.
- Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
- Foster a team-oriented mindset, prioritizing customer needs and collaborating with colleagues.
- Available for occasional overtime as needed.
- Serve commercial and military sectors, adhering to industry regulations and standards.
- Building and managing metrics while ensuring accountability for meeting them.
- Administering estimation and quoting processes by delivering pricing to customers.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 4 years of experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience within the defense and aftermarket sectors.
- Knowledge of contracting procedures.
- Prior experience in customer service within aircraft or comparable manufacturing sectors
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous exposure to business development.
