Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Analyst with a deep knowledge of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, to join our team in the energy sector. This role is crucial for enhancing customer engagement and supporting our services through data-driven strategies and effective customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage customer interactions and transactions effectively.

· Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies focused on customer retention, loyalty, and acquisition.

· Conduct customer analytics to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.

· Manage credit processes, including performing credit checks and approvals, to mitigate risks and ensure financial stability.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.

· Ensure all CRM activities comply with relevant data protection and privacy laws.

· Report on CRM system performance and campaign outcomes, using data to demonstrate how CRM initiatives contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction.

· Provide support and training to team members on CRM tools and analytics best practices.

Requirements:

· Proven expertise in CRM analytics and proficiency in managing CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

· Strong industry knowledge in the energy sector.

· Experience with managing financial risk through credit processes.

· Excellent ability to analyze customer data and identify actionable insights.

· Knowledge of data privacy and protection laws applicable to CRM practices.

· Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
