Job description
SPINE is a business-to-business marketing communications agency seeking a part-time (20-30 hours) Office Manager to assist with finances, human resources, and daily operations. Ideal candidate is technically savvy, has 4-5 years of business experience, can create budgets and develop basic financial models, and understands how to support a remote creative agency. Candidates with Advertising or Marketing agency experience to the front of the line.
To succeed in this role, you need both hard and soft skills. You must be financially savvy and able to navigate QuickBooks desktop and pickup project management software with ease. You’ll also need strong leadership and organizational skills, as this position is responsible for helping nurture talent and enforce policies. Position requires commuting to Darien, CT.
