JOB PURPOSE: This position is responsible forproviding Multi Systematic Therapy services to families; ensuring services alignwith MST fidelity and evidence-based measures. The therapist will provideservices to a small caseload of 5-6 families. This position is a remoteposition working from home for the administrative duties and in the homes andcommunity for the delivery of services.

You will empower families toaddress problematic behaviors and to help their youth ages 12 - 17 makelife-transforming changes. Treatment progress is made through intensiveinterventions such as changing unhelpful family interactions, addressing theyouth's problems with peers and in school, and increasing social support, toname a few.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social,behavioral or human services. Must possess a valid driver's license and havereliable transportation to travel to client's homes and possibly transportmultiple clients at once. Master's degree preferred. Experience working in a counseling or mentalhealth setting preferred. Experience with public speaking preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Goodspelling and grammar skills.
• Abilityto write progress notes according to standards, assessments, brief mentalstatus exams, memos, letters, various complex reports and miscellaneous otherdocuments with acceptable spelling and grammar.
• Computer- skilled in the use of technology with Microsoft Office and all Googleapplications.
• Abilityto input data into computer, make calculations, complete paperwork, producereports.

• Maybe required to interact with other consumers, referral sources, outsideagencies, and family members to determine needs and actions to be taken.
• CurrentState of Texas Driver License or if you live in another state, must becurrently licensed in that state.
• Liabilityinsurance required if employee will operate personal vehicle on Center propertyor for Center business. Must beinsurable by Center's liability carrier if employee operates a Center vehicleor drives personal car on Center business.
• Mustcomplete all training requirements in month in which they are due.
• Maybe required to provide on-call duties.
• Availabilityof a personal vehicle for business use may be required.
• Workwill take place within office setting, community setting and within the homesof clients, which may include shelters and temporary housing.
• Mustsubmit to and pass a pre-employment drug test
• Mustsuccessfully pass all background screens as required by the state
• Mustbe physically able to conduct home visits to include walking on unevensurfaces, climbing stairs, and standing for long periods of time if required.
