  • Utilize various recruiting resources to find people who fit the culture for active positions as well as build pipelines for future roles with the company

  • Assist other members of the recruiting team with administrative and professional recruitment
  • Use your expertise to bring innovative solutions to the recruitment process

Qualifications :

  • Associate’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience with demonstrated success attracting passive candidates using social media tools / online platforms
  • Experience utilizing an ATS to track recruitment
  • We are looking for more than just high-volume recruiting experience; we want someone who focuses on culture fit above all else!
