As a Program Coordinator, you will be a vital team member engaging in customer service, outbound calling, and closing care gaps to ensure members' needs are met.

Responsibilities :

Engage in outbound calling and provide excellent customer service to Medicare members.

Close care gaps and ensure quality assurance through HEDIS, QARR, PSO, and HRA initiatives.

Collaborate with community-based organizations and attend outreach meetings as directed.

Performance Expectations :

Adaptability is key; pivot between projects efficiently.

Active participation and willingness to learn.

Demonstrate knowledge and active listening skills.
