Now hiring for Production Associate. Spherion of Rhode Island currently has Production Associate opportunities available to support our local, industry leading customer.
Our Production Associate will be working a first shift with limited required OT. The Production Associate will support our customers in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of stamping tooling within the department.

Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Oversee and coordinate all activities related to stamping tooling within the department.
Manage a team of tooling technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Ensure proper setup of stamping tooling for production runs, including tool changes and adjustments.
Conduct regular maintenance and repair of stamping tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and maintenance, to optimize tooling processes and support efficient production operations.
Monitor tooling performance and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
Maintain accurate records of tooling inventory, maintenance schedules, and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations related to tooling operations.
Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective actions as needed to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tooling processes and overall production efficiency.
Working hours : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM
