Responsibilities:
This is an in-office position, occasionally visiting the worksites
This is a fast paced position that requires excellent organization and time management skills
Serve as a project coordinator for commercial and residential projects
Serve as a liaison between the supervisors, trades workers and clients
Complete all paperwork and data efficiently
Interpret blueprints, civil, architectural, structural, electrical drawings
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
3 years experience as a coordinator
Reading and interpreting blueprints, civil, architectural, structural, electrical drawings
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced office environment, occasionally on site for various project needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
3 years experience as a coordinator
Reading and interpreting blueprints, civil, architectural, structural, electrical drawings
