We are searching for a Project Engineer in Muncy PA to be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects related to the fabrication and production of sheet metal components. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including customers, design engineers, production managers, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure the successful execution of projects within specified timelines and budget constraints. Your expertise in bulk material handling processes and engineering principles will be crucial in driving innovation, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing operations.

You will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in sheet metal manufacturing processes, including cutting, bending, forming, and welding.
- Strong knowledge of 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for designing and modeling sheet metal components.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality management systems.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems and project management software is a must.
