Spherion is Hiring an AP CLERK Near Leesburg, VA
ResponsibilitiesReceives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
Use of MS Office
Receive and
Process payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID
Review purchase orders
General ledger management
Reconciliation
Calculates and reports sales tax based on paid invoices.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
SkillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
EducationAssociate
Experience1-4 years
QualificationsHigh school diploma required; Business or Accounting degree, preferred
1-3 Years Of Experience In Accounts Payable, Is RequiredExperience with General Ledger, is required
Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
Must be able to learn other accounting software systems
