Responsibilities :

Verify invoices prior to payment

Maintain records to ensure proper aging fo accounts

Perform daly cash management duties, recording bank deposits and updating accounts

May contact clients for payment status

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Skills :

AS degree in Accounting

Proficiency in MS office products

Education : High School

High School

Experience : 1-4 years

1-4 years

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED

3 years experience in Accounts Receivable

Excellent math skills
