Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our facility. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring productivity and efficiency, and maintaining a safe and positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in employee management.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees on-site
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Conduct regular employee evaluations to assess performance and provide feedback
- Lead generation efforts to attract new clients and expand business opportunities
- Collaborate with HR department on talent management, succession planning, and employee relations
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ADP (Automatic Data Processing) for employee management tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance using Kronos or similar software
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operations

Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices and talent management strategies
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for recruitment purposes
- Proficiency in ADP (Automatic Data Processing) or similar HR software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively lead a team and foster a positive work environment
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus
