Direct Hire position

Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM schedule

Salary of $30 - $35 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of CNC machinists, providing leadership, guidance, and support.

Utilize various programming software packages to program CNC machines.

Develop and maintain job scheduling requirements to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years prior experience with CNC machines and programming.

Prior management experience of teams is required.

Proficiency in various programming software packages.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with other divisions within the company.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
