We are a looking to add a bilingual Site Manager to our growing team! A bilingual Manager is a professional and is responsible for sourcing, identifying, and presenting qualified candidates to our partnering clients in our local community.

Responsibilities

• Manage the office and staff.
• Source candidates through databases, social media, and propriety recruiting tools.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Create and Design Job Descriptions
• Conduct prescreen and interviews to identify qualified candidates
• Access candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Onboard new employees
• Build and grow relationships with clients and candidates
• Conduct client meetings
• Conduct employee counseling as needed
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in the Staffing industry.
• High School Diploma
• Bilingual
