We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Superintendent to join our team and lead our construction projects to successful completion.
Position Summary:
The Superintendent plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of our commercial electrical projects. You will be responsible for on-site supervision, resource management, quality control, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. If you are an experienced construction professional with a background in electrical systems and a passion for leading successful project teams, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, providing clear direction and support to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, schedules, and specifications, making adjustments as necessary to address changes and challenges.
  • Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards, adhering to all relevant codes and regulations.
  • Maintain regular communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any issues.
  • Proactively identify and resolve construction issues to keep projects on track.
  • Document and report project progress, issues, and solutions.
  • Manage project documentation and record-keeping for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in related field preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in the commercial electrical construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic construction environment.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.
