Trade Management is currently hiring for a very high-end client located in the Tampa, FL area. We are looking for a top-notch candidate that has an extensive background with commercial electrical projects. This is a DIRECT HIRE Position.

Position Summary:

As the Electrical Site Superintendent, you will oversee, manage, and direct electrical work by our job crew. You'll ensure projects meet cost, quality, and timeline goals, acting as the liaison between our company and the General Contractor.

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the project manager on budgeting and scheduling.
• Reviewing project documents to schedule work and develop site plans.
• Coordinating with trades and the general contractor for conflict resolution.
• Ensuring safe, code-compliant electrical installations.
• Monitoring productivity, progress, and costs.
• Estimating material and worker requirements.
• Maintaining project records and documentation.
• Overseeing subcontractor relationships.

Experience and Education:

Required:

• 2 years of electrical 25 member crew management and project experience.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and blueprint reading.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid Florida Driver's license.

Preferred:

• Bilingual proficiency.
• Journeyman Electrical License.
• Experience with Bluebeam and Auto-desk Build.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Requires standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Vision abilities for close and distance vision.
• Routine use of standard office equipment.
• May work in varying weather conditions.

Position Type, Expected Hours of Work, and Travel:

• Full-time, typically 40 hours per week.
• Overtime, nights, and weekends may be required.
• Local travel during business hours with occasional out-of-area travel.
