Spero is Hiring a Remote CyberSecurity Project Manager
- Plan, initiate, and manage cybersecurity projects in alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality.
- Lead project teams, including cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, policies, and standards.
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity project management.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with proficiency and limited impact to deliverables.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations, policies, and standards, such as NIST, ISO, and GDPR.
- Technology Services Application Development Training: Manage the rollout of security training for all employees and contractors involved in application development, in collaboration with the Security Team, TS Application Development teams, and a third-party vendor.
- Application Security Training Evaluation: Lead efforts to choose a third-party training platform, gather requirements, and manage end-to-end project deliverables for Security Training.
- Cloud Security Governance Tool: Implement a governance tool to ensure the security of cloud-based deployments and technologies as part of the technology expansion roadmap.
