Spero is Hiring a Business Analyst Near Lewisville, TX

Job Description
A business analyst within Tempo Service has many different responsibilities. The responsibilities would include analysis of financials as well as operational data. Once the analysis is complete the Business Analyst would be responsible for communicating what the message the data is portraying as well as suggest a course of action on said analysis. The candidate would be comfortable as a change advocate and would thrive on person-to-person communication. The candidate would also need to portray strong organizational and time management skills to succeed. Since this position requires problem solving at a high level the candidate needs the ability to communicate in person, and in written form, how objectives are to be achieved. 
Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to:
  1. Gather and analyze data to support the divisional goals and to help create a culture of data driven decisions.
· Identify specific business improvement opportunities within current structure and process.
· Document Processes and streamline inefficiencies.
· Research, document, and help promote new business initiatives. 
· Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
· Test business processes and recommend improvements.
· General reporting, revenue, cost, and profitability reporting
· Purchase price variance analysis of inventory or sold services
· Inventory configuration and maintenance 
· Warranty management/extrapolate warranty costs/credits and labor
  1. Assist/lead creation divisional and departmental SOP 
  • Software integration (new and existing)
  • Roles and responsibilities
Technical skills
· Basic analytics skills
· Proficient ability with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
· Report generation capabilities including graphics
· Proficient ability to read, write, and edit SQL queries
· Comfortable being a change advocate
Management/Organization Skills
· Strong capability to communicate the key messages of analytics to business partners.
· Strong proficiency to be able to effectively communicate to all business partners on topics such as different technologies, project management, and the status in which projects are in. 
· Strong project management skills with the capabilities to start a project and finish it on communicated timelines.
· Capable of Organizing team members and being able to delegate responsibilities to achieve objectives within a project.
· Ability to value projects based on metrics that translate into dollars saved or gained. 
· Record tasks and time spent on varying projects.
Compensation:
· Annual Base Salary = $60,000 - $65,000
Company Benefits:
· 120 hours paid vacation after one year, Accumulation Method - Begins on first day of employment.
