Responsibilities
- Membership sales to clients / prospects
- Member outreach to ensure engagement and retention
- Lead nurture via call and text to schedule in studio appointments for prospects
- Conduct prospect onboarding, provide orientation, and address prospect questions
- Plan and participate in lead generation activities
- Participate in studio events and other promotions
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements :
- Must have a energetic, friendly, outgoing and collaborative attitude - frequent interactions with members and prospects is a core requirement
- A love for the fit-ish lifestyle (experience in the fitness industry or health / wellness is a plus).
- Must be a self starter and highly motivated
- Must have effective time management skills
- Must have effective communication skills - must be proficient in English; bilingual a plus

Compensation : $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

SPENGA stands for spin strength yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 70 studios running and 340 territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion.
In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community.
