Job Skills / Requirements:
- Perform cleaning tasks including: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, detailing, dusting, dewebbing, and other general cleaning tasks as needed/assigned in common areas (lobbies, restrooms, stairs, etc) and tenant offices
- Empty trash and recycling and remove to dumpsters
- Restock restrooms and breakrooms
- Have a detailed eye to identify and address spots-spills-dust-grime using Spencer-approved methods
- Maintain a clean and well-organized custodial closet
- Order supplies and communicate any problems with delivery
- Safely use and manage company-issued equipment and chemicals, and attend scheduled safety meetings
- Understand SDS, chemical usage on the job, and the importance for their personal safety
- Comply with CA law regarding required rest breaks and meal periods, and demonstrate proper and accurate timecard documentation
- Report any items needing repair (eg burnt out lightbulbs, non-functioning dispensers)
- Take direction from Supervisor for such matters as cleaning techniques, production efficiencies, constructive criticism, complaint resolution, etc
- Employee's capabilities are primarily measured by the flawless execution of tasks scheduled by the Supervisor. Flawless execution takes into account the consistency, speed, quality of work, as well as neat appearance, punctuality, initiative, willingness to learn, and personal accountability.
- Realizamos tareas básicas de limpieza, entre otras, aspirar, barrer, pasar la mopa, terminaciones, desempolvado, retiro de telarañas y otras tareas generales de limpieza según lo necesario o solicitado en áreas comunes (vestíbulos, baños, escaleras, etc.) y oficinas rentadas.
- Vaciado de basura y reciclado y retiro a los contenedores de basura
- Reabastecimiento de baños y salas de descanso
- Atención al detalle para identificar y quitar manchas, derrames polvo y suciedad con los métodos aprobados de Spencer
- Mantenimiento de clóset de artículos de limpieza limpio y bien organizado
- Hacer pedidos de insumos y comunicar cualquier problema con la entrega
- Usar y administrar de forma segura los equipos y químicos entregados por la empresa, y asistir a las reuniones de seguridad programadas
- Comprender las Hojas de Datos de Seguridad (SDS), el uso de químicos en el trabajo y la importancia de la seguridad personal
- Cumplir con la ley de California respecto de los períodos requeridos de descanso y de alimento, y demostrar documentación de registro de tiempo adecuada y precisa
- Informar cualquier artículo que necesite reparación (p. ej., bombillas quemadas, dispensers que no funcionan)
- Recibir órdenes del Supervisor respecto de cuestiones tales como técnicas de limpieza, eficiencia en la producción, críticas constructivas, resolución de reclamos, etc.
- La capacidad del empleado se evalúan fundamentalmente por la ejecución sin fallas de las tareas programadas por el Supervisor. La ejecución sin falla toma en consideración la uniformidad, velocidad, calidad del trabajo, prolijidad de la apariencia, puntualidad, iniciativa, predisposición a aprender y responsabilidad personal
