We are looking for an experienced Janitor to clean a single story Medical Clinic . The goal is to keep our Customer's building in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, removing trash and relining trash cans)
• Perform and document routine daily cleaning activities
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as needed
• Notify management of any reoccurring issues, spills, leaks
• Report any needed repairs
• Stock and maintain restrooms and supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a janitor
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Ability to pass a Government required background check.
• Will need to drive to Martinez 2 times for preliminary Background Security fingerprinting and processing before being able to start the job.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $21.77 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
