Job Description:

As a Last Mile Operations Supervisor at SpeedX, you will be at the forefront of our delivery operations, ensuring the seamless execution of last-mile deliveries. We are seeking an individual who not only possesses strong leadership and organizational skills but is also proficient in Data analytics and Excel to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.

• Manage a team of Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

• Utilize Data analytics tools and Excel to analyze delivery performance, identify trends, and optimize routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery times, reduce costs, and enhance overall service quality.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and IT, to streamline operations and address customer needs.

• Always ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in last-mile operations or a similar role within the logistics industry.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Proficiency in Data analytics and Excel, with the ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.
