Speech Connections is an established private practice that provides top quality, caring and personalized speech-language pathology, applied behavior analysis and psychological services to infants and children. We currently have physical offices located in Spring Lake, Fayetteville, Raeford, Pinehurst and Greensboro, North Carolina and are looking for you to join our self motivated, hard-working, adaptable and positive team.

We are Seeking an Service Coordinator to join our Team in Fayetteville!

The Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, organized, and they are excited to join a passionate team of professionals working with children with autism to help them lead happier, healthier, and more productive lives!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Service Delivery: Act as the main point of contact for clients and oversee the coordination and scheduling of service activities.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with client/family to understand their needs, address any concerns or issues and provide updates and service delivery.
  • Service Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop service plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient service delivery and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including client interactions, service requests, and progress updates.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during service delivery, working closely with internal teams and clients to find a timely and effective solution.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with the established standards and guidelines, and continuously monitor and evaluate service quality to drive improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and clinical and client support to ensure effective coordination of care.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., business administration, operations management) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a service coordinator or a related role, in healthcare field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a federal, state and county background check.
  • Be available Monday through Friday
  • Reliable transportation
  • Sound technical and computer skills and reliable internet access.
  • Maintain CPR/ First Aid Certification
