Job Summary: The essential functions of the Account Manager include aiding Community Managers and Boards with service needs including making changes to existing accounts, renewal and new business application processing and issuing certificates of insurance. This position will also serve all aspects of the handling and processing of claims with a focus on proactive management of claims at the individual and portfolio level.
