Description
This position’s purpose is to provide additional personnel resources to our functional production areas; generally calling for 40 hours per week and occasional overtime.
Individuals will make up a segment of the workforce that has a basic knowledge in several areas of our business providing the company with a flexible workforce able to help staff our production areas up in busier times.
This position will generally pair individuals with a single crew chief. They will be responsible for carrying out the duties delegated by their crew chief which may include any or all of the following:
  • Operation of water extraction and carpet cleaning equipment
  • Minor to moderate structural demolition using hand and power tools
  • Carrying, set-up and manipulation of equipment
  • Cleaning of structure and/or contents in residential or commercial properties
  • Loading, unloading and general cleaning and maintenance of vehicles and equipment
Requirements
Production Crew who truly excel in the position will become subject matter experts in their related field however there are many more skills needed beyond technical proficiency. The following is a list core responsibilities expected of a Production Crew…
  • Must be able to report to work at assigned times.
  • Provide supervisor with at least one day’s notice of change in availability
  • Comply with all grooming standards
  • Work with a sense of urgency
  • Display a propensity to ask questions, a willingness to learn and an ability to anticipate the needs of the Crew Chief
  • Potentially work 10-16 hours in order to complete a job
  • Ability to work with tools and equipment
  • Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Ability to pass Drug Screening
