The cleaning technician is responsible for managing daily work order completion, jobsite quality control, and fulling the needs of our customers to the best of their capabilities.

Description of duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Manage and execute daily assigned work orders
- Able to demonstrate importance of safety in the workplace, set and follow safety standards, and report unsafe conditions to appropriate Supervisor
- Maintain weekly completed production standards and expectations
- Acts as the liaison/ambassador for Fish Window Cleaning while interacting with customers
- Strong Communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to contribute to a high-functioning team as well as working independently
- Strong time management skills
- Compensation- Hourly and Commission based pay structure
- Flexible Schedule- No Nights or Weekends
