Spectrum Analytic Consulting, LLC is Hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician Near Auburn, CA

Spectrum Analytic Consulting - CA is looking for Behavior Technicians to work with children in-home in the New Castle, CA area!

This position is PART TIME.

Behavior Technician Job Description:
The Behavior Technician is responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in the home setting and working with clients on individual learning skills and behavior. The Behavior Technician will work with clients on behavior management and assist in the implementation of the principles of ABA therapy. The Behavior Technician will work closely with other Behavior Technicians and colleagues to implement ABA treatment plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Registered Behavior Technician or BCaBA preferred
  • Experience working with children is preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license, be able to safely drive on major roadways and have personal transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work alone while maintaining a sense of teamwork
  • Ability to maintain a safe environment for students and staff
  • Must have the ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Job Duties Include:

  • Provide 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
  • Collect and graph session data, implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Timely submission of bi-monthly required documentation.
  • Communicate problematic clinical issues with respective supervisor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on shared cases on a regular basis.
  • Write session notes within 24 hours of services rendered.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
