**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in behavioral health, patient assessment, and data collection to provide quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans - Implement behavior analytic techniques to support patients with developmental disabilities - Collect and analyze data on patient progress and behavior changes - Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and treatment plans - Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals working with individuals with special needs **Skills:** - Proficiency in behavioral health principles and practices - Strong patient assessment and care skills - Experience in data collection and analysis for treatment planning - Knowledge of medical documentation standards and HIPAA compliance - Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism - Understanding of special education principles and practices This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
