Passionate Speech Language Pathologist Wanted ($40 - $60/hr)

We're on the lookout for a dedicated and patient-focused Speech Language Pathologist to join our healthcare team in Pensacola. This role is for individuals who are driven to deliver superior quality in all they do, overcoming obstacles with resourcefulness, and embodying a team player mindset. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for each patient, crafting treatment plans and goals oriented toward progressing patients toward discharge.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address all barriers to discharge, including equipment trials and ordering, patient and family training, and planning for continuing services.
• Showcase flexibility in caseload management, ensuring clear communication and progress in the plan of care.
• Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, adhering to state, federal and intermediary guidelines, and hospital policies and procedures.
• Engage in patient and professional advocacy efforts, including participation in community level events, professional memberships, and fundraising/charitable activities.

Qualifications:

• A valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology
