We are a reputable gas fireplace and BBQ grill shop dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Our team is passionate about outdoor living and helping customers create the perfect atmosphere for their homes. We are looking for a person who is self-motivated, punctual, and personable with great communication skills. Grilling skills are always a plus!

Job Description:
As a Sales Associate at Specialty Gas House, you will play a vital role in assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This is a salaried position. no prior knowledge of gas fireplaces, grilling, or sales experience is required; however, a love for BBQ and outdoor cooking is always a plus. This is not high pressure sales position, we are mostly educating the customers on our products so they can make the best purchase for themselves. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting gas fireplaces, BBQ grills, accessories, and related products.
• Provide product information, features, and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Demonstrate product usage and functionality to showcase the advantages of our products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring all products are properly displayed.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and receiving shipments.
• Assisting with grilling videos for social media.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems (training will be provided).
• Enthusiasm for BBQ, outdoor living, and willingness to learn about gas fireplaces and grilling.
• Being a grillmaster and helping cook lunch for the team is always a plus!
