Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages
- Ability to navigate computer systems and enter data accurately
- Experience with outbound calling and upselling is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
