Responsibilities:

• Received inbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments.
• Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of all appointments scheduled.
• Provide excellent customer service to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all appointments are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages
- Ability to navigate computer systems and enter data accurately
- Experience with outbound calling and upselling is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
