We are seeking an energetic, detail organized individual that can juggle a fast-paced environment. In this role, the applicant will be responsible for different areas within customer service and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and managing logistics of waste disposal deliveries while maintaining a strong relationship with client.
• Ensuring that paperwork is accounted for prior to invoicing.
• Identify and resolve any questions and discrepancies for clients or other departments within company.
• Perform assigned tasks within established procedures in various phases of the customer service operations.
• Responds to customer inquiries; completes calls or relays information as necessary.
• Set up new customers that result from incoming service requests and ensure customer information is accurately input.
• Create paperwork for all scheduled jobs and ensure accuracy prior for use on-site or in the field.
• Performs other similar work as assigned.
• Assists employees of a higher classification as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with customer interaction and logistics
• Proficiency in MS office, word, excel, one note
• Experience with Quickbooks a plus
• Experience with Chemical and pharmaceutical terms and safety data sheets is a plus
• Ability to be flexible with job responsibilities and priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
