Description
We are currently seeking a motivated, talented Customer Service Representative to join our customer care team. Do you enjoy talking to people and answering questions? We have a high call volume office that speaks with Orthodontist and Dentist offices to answer questions regarding our appliances, take payments, track case status, and various other administrative tasks. If you have previous experience in a similar setting this may be the position for you!
Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be people oriented with a customer focused mentality.
• Must possess a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
• Must have experience in a high volume call center environment.
• Knowledge and/or experience with Orthodontic/Dental terminology, a plus.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently, a must.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
• Strong computer skills utilizing Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong customer interaction skills, clear speech and good grammar.
• Highly motivated, well organized individual who requires minimal direct supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills a must.
• High School diploma, GED equivalency, or currently enrolled.

• Answer phone and route calls to appropriate department/personnel.
• Answer inquiries about appliances, products, and services.
• Provide information to customers regarding ship dates and fabrication timelines.
• Document customer complaints.
• Fill sales supply orders and returns as needed.
• Process literature requests.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional when dealing with all types of people.
• Safeguard and protect confidentiality of company and patient information as defined by the company's Confidentiality Agreement.
• Follow all safety requirements, as applicable.
• Understand and use personal protective equipment where required.
• Understand how one's performance can impact the success of the organization and product quality.
