This small, family-friendly company is seeking an ideal candidate who is willing to pitch in wherever necessary to enhance the business. We currently have the following Direct-Hire positions available:

Shop Foreman

• $60-$80k annual salary range, dependent on education and experience
• 7am-3:30pm M-F, OT as needed
• Supervise and coordinate CNC manufacturing team activities for efficient operations and on-time project completion.
• Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and machinery, to maximize productivity.
• Monitor production schedules, adjust workflows, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor employees, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and maintenance records, and communicate effectively across all levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10-15 years of proven Shop Foreman or Lead experience in a CNC production based facility.
• Good knowledge of tool and die-making processes, machinery, and materials.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CAM software and CNC machinery desirable.
• The ideal candidate can operate, set up and work with CNC machines when needed.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

CMM Quality Control Specialist

• $70-$80k annual salary range, dependent on education and experience
• 8am-5:00pm M-F, OT as needed
• Perform inspection using metrology equipment, ensuring accuracy and consistency in quality control processes.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to conduct inspections and verify geometrical product specifications and tolerance.
• Operate and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) using PC-DMIS Software to inspect components and assemblies.
• Implement quality control procedures derived from manufacturing standards, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and company requirements.
• Collaborate cross functionally to maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process.
• Analyze measurement data and identify deviations from specifications, taking corrective actions to address any discrepancies.
• Report findings and recommendations to engineering, production manager, or operations manager as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of production operations.
• Utilize CAD and/or SolidWorks software for CMM programming and modify CMM programs as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating CMM equipment, with a comprehensive understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerance principles.
• Background in manufacturing processes, preferably with experience in tool and die manufacturing or related industrial fields.
• Preference for proficiency in CAD or SolidWorks software, with the ability to use these tools for CMM programming and modification to existing programs
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of identifying and resolving quality issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated record of success
• Adaptable and proactive attitude towards problem-solving, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a dynamic production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
